I got 2 tubs of bacon grease ! That will keep me for a good while ! Looks like the good stuff too. Big pan of fudge, caramel, and 4-5 different kinds of cookies.

Gas stove and oven combo BUT hate baking with gas so have an electric wall oven right beside the fridge. I also need to ovens for the "BIG" meals like Thanksgiving and such.

Are there electric stoves in the motel rooms? You could toss all the renters and make a brazillion cookies all at the same time!

ONLY use my cast iron for corn bread. I dont wash it unless I see something has been in it. Wipe it out w/ a paper towel. Never sticks

Must be well seasoned! I only wash my cast iron with hot water then wipe with a tiny bit of veg oil on a paper towel. I find that things like bacon tend to stick a bit, eggs will too unless I put a wee bit of butter in first and lightly coat the surface.

It is 60° outside and 67° inside but i am cold from wearing rubber boots.

You need some INSULATED rubber boots!
