took a bunch of pics but evidently the flipping camera got hungry as well and ate all but these two.
That's a 22 quart kettle with the gravy, blue topped containers have 40 meatballs in each and the small one's 20. I figure , I made 400 plus balls. Flavor is good BUT texture just not the same with out veal. The gravy is fabulous
but should be as the first kettle of it got flushed down the chitter

Had company today as well, Friend of mom and Dad's who sort of adopted us kids after Dad passed, Especially my sister and her 2 little ones. WONDERFUL lady. Her mother is still here in Dickinson.
Thankyou. IT was after midnight before the gravy was even ready and then to hot. So balls went in fridge and the gravy back in the "cookie cooler " aka garage with no heat.
when we did that the "looser" had to NOT talk until someone said their name or you paid up with a soda. LOL It about killed my brother (tightwad) to buy a pop. LMAO

Thats nice Twist. I had worker and housekeeper today. I asked her to make the hamberger helper. 2 packs so tomorrows dinner as well. Not sure what she did. Its mostly all meat and the few noodles are mush.

I have 2 different sized smokers already. BUT yes could and would IF I ever got into pigs/hogs.
