the spices would be ALL wrong and also a different type of "binder" Swedish meatballs (at lest mine) uses mashed taters instead of breadcrumbs, or crackers, or bread or oatmeal or rice

I told 2 people today our convo about the steaks and catsup. They both agreed w/ you and said there are some restaurants that refuse to serve it or steak sauce.

when we used to actually have a decent steak house in town. Robert and I went out a couple times Waitress would ask if we would like steak sauce and A-1 or Heinz 57. Robert would ask "why , does you steak taste crappy"

they are nummy and OMG so much better when I have/use veal in the meat mix as well.

with Dad , when asked if he would like a menu, response was " no thank you , I had one yesterday and it got stuck in my teeth."
