What’s the candy bar game?

You wrap a bunch of stuff in plastic wrap. I’m on the 3rd roll so far. And you all stand around the table and try to unwrap it with oven mitts on. You only get 30 seconds then pass it on.

Nope, not by USDA definition. It is a cheese food product. They have to use the words "food product" because it isn't "real" cheese. When I was a kid we used it to bait hooks for fishing. That stuff is gummy and holds its shape.

If you want to make a liquid sauce to pour over broccoli or Cauliflower it is possible with real cheese. But if you like muenster cheese, I've found you can just drop slices of it on the hot veggies and it will melt right onto them and stick to boot!

Twist, that Von Trapp movie was pretty good. Interesting to know that the Baron was the calming force and governed the impetuous Marie until his death. Yeah the story we all know of them barely escaping the Nazis is pure Yak poop. No drama, they walked away basically broke, hopped a train, made it to England then the USA. Pre WWII. I guess the hardest part to learn is how controlling Maria was.

green bean casserole is made and ready for the oven spuds peeled and ready for the stove, Desert made ( I didn't wait long enough for the jello) BUT it still tastes good according to Vickie. meatballs and gravy in crock pot on low. Table set.

Vickie played santa for me and delivered all the goody boxes to the rents, Gene & Lois and then out to Erv and his wife.

Just a quick pop in to catch up and Wish you all a Blessed and Wonderful Christmas.
