Bruce, this one lasted the longest at one yr. I dont know how many either but this one was the only one to hit Roberts goals.

I lucked out. Only one eye the left now has 20/20 vision. So I might be one-eyed come Monday night. lol

OR two eyed! Two eyes with GOOD vision!

Ah, long haul. So the kid in tow sits in the shotgun seat and does their school work? I would think long haul trucking would be pretty boring for a kid. Plenty of Dad time though which is good since he his gone for extended periods.

How does one go from not pooping for a solid week to OMG hold my pizza and watch this ! trembling like a leaf.

I don’t know but I do know it’s rather embarrassing to be mud butting on the throne while hubs tries to bring people in to show off the modeyhome. Gah.

(I know what my issue is. Between general grassiness of certain time plus I ate an entire freaking cucumber earlier...yikes.)

(Ps. Yes. I have no filter. Y’all know more about my body functions than you probably want to hahaha)

On the recipe side of things - granny I’m trying out two new slow cooker soups this weekend. I’ll let you know how they go.

Hey Bruce! Eh I’m sick but it could be worse. Went out for part 2 of new year supplies. Bought 9 more snails no control. Almost got a bird too.

I finally got half of the coop cleaned out! Three wagon loads, i need to start another compost pile .

holy moly! Doesn’t it feel good to get that cleaned out?
I had planned to clean the silkie coop out today but tomorrow is supposed to be warmer by a whole 10 degrees!

holy moly! Doesn’t it feel good to get that cleaned out?
I had planned to clean the silkie coop out today but tomorrow is supposed to be warmer by a whole 10 degrees!

We had 61° today with sunshine! I ripped 2 boards and painted them to start another cage. Broke up some branches for kindling. Changed out the sand for the quail, plus fed and watered . Oh man, i need to go collect eggs and plug that heat lamp back in.
Yeah, it was great getting that coop cleaned. The polish were suspicious of all those clean shavings!

How are you?

Doing fine. DD1's BF headed back to Indiana today. She and DW are in "packing mode" we leave to take DD up to New Brunswick for university on Thursday.

DW's parents and sister are coming over for rib roast tomorrow evening. It has been New Years/DW's Bday (next Saturday) tradition for decades. I was given the assignment when the in-laws moved to the retirement community some years back. I also got Thanksgiving but the DDs and I were in So. Cal at my Dad's 90th party this year so I got out of it

Sorry you are sick. That just shouldn't be happening when you are on vacation!
