Granny's gone and done it again

I am ok. Still blurred vision. Can take up to a month to unblur. Tuesday O g and get the contact bandage removed. Light bothers me still not as much as it did, and since I am not able to read much I am working on other things. I'll be back once I can read again and keep up with all your shenanigans and all the posts.
Hope you heal up fast. Audio books are a great resource.

h2o, you have an Instant Pot? What kind did you get and what do you use it for? Like it? I am thinking of getting one for hub's b-day.
It the coolest. I don’t think the model are very different. I would buy it at Costco. Then you can take it back if you don’t like it.

That soup that was just posted would be awesome in it.
I cook oatmeal every night for the dogs breakfast.
I do hardboiled eggs. Turn out great. I can peel even the freshest eggs
You can put frozen meat in and cook it fast.
You can sauté first. Your onion and garlic then add your stock and chicken.

Yes! I just heated myself a bowl of that soup and was thinking it would have been a lot quicker making it in an Instant Pot. Hubs likes cooking, and he likes gizmos, so a gizmo that cooks is a win-win!

Have you used the pressure cooker feature? I have always been leery of pressure cookers on the stove, but an electric one I think I could use.
