Granny's gone and done it again

coordination developmental disorder, autism, crones, diabetes, this thing eating his muscles, 25 years old and never kissed a girl. I guess thats why I feel like I have been punched.
:hugs So much easier to have it be us with the problems than our babies. :(

Did the dr say if the rhabdo is going to be a continuing problem? rhabdomyolysis... had to look it up again..

she dont know. She dont know what caused it. Said we may never know. Sites I read said if you have it once your prone to getting it again. I mentioned this and she said ya but he will know what it is now. What it feels like .

He told me today he has no intention of it. He will continue drinking pop and they will control him w/ meds. I told the dr what he said . She told him he was young and unusual to find this in him as he was in decent shape and she thinks he has had it for a very long time. He has been on shots before and pills . We blamed steroids . She thinks it was always here.
Oh wow. So he's doing the invincible denial thing. Thinks he can keep doing what he's been doing because it he's managed so far. :hmm
They run a PSA commercial on tv here where a young-ish man talks about losing the sight in one eye because he did not treat his diabetes. Maybe Robert needs a little education about it. Being blind and in a wheel chair sure doesn't sound like fun.

That's true. He will know and go get flushed out. Diabetes is a predisposing factor. Wonder if the risk goes away if he controls the diabetes... maybe a selling point to start managing his sugar.

Sigh.

Went to put in an order with mypetchicken. Discovered the insane shipping costs.

Would be $80 some odd for six chickens. (Sure one is a crested legbar so a pricier breed and another is a “mid grade” breed but. $40 in chickens and almost $40 in shipping.

Sad thing is. Now I’m thinking. And now I’m debating.
Yeah, even costs for shipping boxes are up.

I think $40 shipping is pretty standard.
Maybe I should add a chicken or two and say nuts to it.

So far I have one of each:
Cream legbar (most expensive chicken gah!)
Australorp
Speckled Sussex
Silver laced Wyandotte
Exchequer leghorn (my mid grade chicken lol)
Partridge Plymouth Rock
