Do you use sugar substitute? I haven't found 1 that I like yet. But the only time I use sugar is vanilla coffee creamer. Honey is gross in coffee. I too find that I'm less painful avoiding gluten and sugar.

I use xylitol. But it’s poison to dogs.

TSC has a sale where you can" save big!" $15.99 bag of laying pellets, a whole $0.99 off! Gosh can they spare it?
Went out to feed and my CL nest box had an egg with a big hole in it. Then i saw the roo in the nest box. He will be replaced if he doesn't smarten up! I already take hot slop to them daily for a treat!
