Bama, I already stopped the sweets coming in the house. I bought that one 12 pk of pop and he still has some but not a lot of water left so I am sure he has cut back on that part of it.

Dont feel alone. I havent gone in a very long time. I have took stool softener w/ laxative to no avail. I know at least a week and I think closer to 10 days.

I am taking both every day plus prune juice, lots of water and more fiber. Hope you get relief.

H2o, thank you for the inspiring words. This am he said He dont want to double his meds. He THINKS its all diet related. Now, I think he is asleep in Toms hard chair here right now because its so high but he saying he "thinks" its all diet leads me to believe he might of just realized he needs to eat/drink better. He is very stubborn like me.

He is thinking it through. That is a good sign.

Wow. I use something called vitality capsules. They aren’t cheap but they keep you regular.

Yeah, the sinus infection is making me tired. Two rounds of antibiotics, still not better.
