He came to the house because all the girls from the slumber party were loving him. They were supposed to be on the playground. DD keeps checking on him but I won’t let her play with him much. He also was quiet on the porch while people were in and out all day and all night, no barking or guarding. But that would probably be different once he had a real family.

You should keep him Camping. Even if its just as an outside dog. Bet he would deter some predators.

I would be tempted, but DH would never go for it. And if he started killing animals once he felt more confident, I’d have a worse time. The humane society is a really good option for him, because he can get a good family.
