First batch due to hatch Monday. We have it set so that Monday is hatch day for our eggs. Not sure if I will get any to hatch. I had to bring the cabinet incubator into the house. It was not holding temp in the shop.

Well. News from the motherland. No news is good news on the nana front. Apparently mom left “STRICT” Instructions with the nursing home about when to contact her so no news = presumably good night. The youngest aunt is back from the er - no blood clots so they’re assuming her shortness of breath and other symptoms are from stress/exhaustion.

The sibling and the dad are supposed to drive down there today to spend the day.

Bagels with lox (smoked salmon).

It is more than "Jewish that came from eastern Europe and live in NY" thing. Most of Jewish people didn't know that smoked salmon cream cheese and bagel is Jewish thing at all!

Wa#he successful? Can he get a job working in the field?

Im not sure how to answer this . He graduated top of his class. It was time to work under someone. IF we had lived in the city w/more work Maybe he would of done ok but he is terrified of heights and wont climb a ladder. Everyone here is not a company but rather people that start out on their own and build up a name for themselves.
