And I figured out this thing actually fits!!

But then I thought about getting a new fish tank, moving THAT there and just using the cabinet the fish tank is on as a “tea cabinet” and just have the mugs and coffee/tea stuff below. I’ve used this thing as a fish tank cabinet before. But I may have to see how thrashed the surface is from having fish tanks on it a while...this piece is old ikea after all.

Beside the couch I’m limited to about 27.5-28” so. Squishy!

Oh. The dislikeable fish tank is 8.5” high, 10” deep and 17” long.

It’s a cute tank but like I said the maintenance is a pain in the patoot on it because it’s so shallow and has such a limited opening. At least conventional tanks if I needed to I could always rip the canopy off and really get at it
