Yesterday was day seven on my chicken eggs. The quick candling peeks have all been great, but I can’t see into the dark eggs. I’m going to candle and toss on day 14. I’ve only had one to toss so far, because it was cracked.
I spent the afternoon reading up on beehives. I think that will be our next addition to the camp farm/garden program. I have a few good places to put them.

Hey, I had to take a shower!
So. Oops. DMV May have lost my registration for the truck. Hubs just asked where the stickers were for it. I got the receipt that I paid for it it went incomplete and we smogged it that day I remember...but we never got the Reg/stickers. So tomorrow I’ll spend some time on hold. Joy.
Trying a new recipe tonight. Chicken thighs (boneless/skinless) and should be Brussels sprouts but I didn’t like the looks of them at the groc store so it’s with asparagus and wild rice with herbs de Provence, and a glaze of maple syrup, balasamic vinager and should be Dijon mustard but instead it’s brown mustard lol. Close enough! If it’s any good I’ll share the recipe.

Modifications: asparagus instead of Brussels sprouts and cooked chicken for 20 minutes, added asparagus and went another 15. Also did 400° instead of 425 cause convection oven runs warm or something.
