I like self checkout. It’s faster but also I don’t pack canned goods with glass.
I separate the food on the belt as how it should be packed. And they still mess it up.

Me ? No, You need glasses. LOL I am fat, I have a huge nose, bad complexion.no butt , big belly, thin hair. Im working on manners and personality . Its all I got !

I cry because I cant stand there long enough to check out. One day there wont be cashiers and I wont shop. Kids wont have summer jobs either.

They always have an actual person on duty at the self checkout, they often help people. But to be honest the amount of space at the self checkout isn’t enough for large quantities of stuff. I think they will always have a few lines of registers there unless they do like sam’s club where they have the belt. I’ve never seen a kid at the registers here. They usually have different jobs that don’t involve money directly. Like stocking shelves or cleaning up.

Well. They’re releasing what they want to do for hubs’ schedule for work. Either 5 -8 hr shifts or 4 - 10 hr shifts, split between three rotations. The 8 hr shifts would be 1. M-fri, tues-sat, or sun-thurs. the 10 hour shifts would be m-Thursday (so same as what I work now), wed-sat and sun-wed.

Sucks cause 2/3 of the time you’re screwed out of your weekend. What the hey. Hubs is not impressed.
