My size 9 was before kids. Like Twist, they just got flatter and wider the more I walked on them. I had surgery on my ACH as well and the scar is tender.

I am making chicken and noodle soup. I forget every time what spices and base I use. always comes out different.

Nothing wrong with that! Lots of time soup is made with what you have on hand rather than to a specific recipe. Don't have xxx? put in yyy.

That is why you write down recipes on cards and put them in a box.
