Granny's gone and done it again

Sorry, he needs a flock with more girls. But some Roos are bad.
It just makes me sad. He’s a big handsome lad and with me getting a lorp pullet this spring I half thought I could do some breeding. Maybe I’ll just have to get rid of him and keep Bucky - he’s still a roo but not as rough with the girls and he is a good protector and provider.

LGDs work better in pairs. Easier for them to tag team predators and if a large group of predators show up they have better odds of defeating them.

Not sure how much at least 20 lbs and 25 lbs.
Oh, ok. They won’t be in house , right? When do yo7 put them outside?

Yeah, I know . I have needed to get rid of a lot of beautiful roosters. It is sad because I know most will be eaten.

Only problem is Bucky and hubs do not get along. Sigh. Too much testosterone I guess.

I’m kinda choked. I scraped my car off for hubs this am (he’s taking it back to work today). No text of thank you or anything. :/

I offered to start it for him but since the battery is 100% dead as a doornail (where did that saying come from anyway) and I don’t know how to use the boost thing....sigh. Well. As long as he doesn’t just take the truck to work. I still have chicken feed in there from my tractor supply run where I had a coyote in the yard that night...so I was unloading the truck with a pellet gun in hand. Soooo...50 lb bags of feed, oyster shells and big thing of chopped straw stayed in.
