I dont know what to do w/ my greens. I have waited all day til everyone was here. Camping, I see you.
I cooked mushrooms in them. Today is day 2-3 . I dont remember. I read today that shrooms wont last more then 3 days in the fridge. Mad at myself for putting them in there now. How am I supposed to keep them ? Do I have to go through them and pick all the shrooms out ?

If they are cooked, no problem. 5 days at least.

I cant let these greens spoil. Its one of the last 2 ham hocks from you

If you can't eat it all, freeze some. Easy enough to microwave it later.

I spent an hr or so trying to find out myself and surprise ! I could only find recipes and not the first one called for shrooms. hahahaa

greens already smell funny. normal for them. It says a week uncooked and 3 days after they are cooked or they can make you very sick.
