Step father found us and slipped in through a window in the middle of the night. My dog Susie bit him. Was just a couple days after that we moved again.

Pioneer days. LOL I used to live like that ! We had a well, a real one. No pumps . you threw your bucket down and reeled it in. I got to take baths in the creek once in a while. No wonder I never had friends. I stunk !

MIL used to go down to the lake, cut ice, and haul water up the hill. They had an outhouse. She washed laundry by hand, hung it out even in winter, when it froze solid. She had a hard life!

It was a good life thinking back. Hard yes but good simple life.

Thanks, it is just bad enough to make me miserable. Hoping the colonoscopy gives me some answers.

Cap, they took 40 some polyps from my mom first time they went in. Next few times like 5 or so. Colon cancer runs strong in our family. I have had them removed a few times too.

Morning all. School canceled so getting caught up around the house and a 3 day weekend. Planning a 50th anniversary with my mom for my grandparents for next month. Time has been flying!
