I woke up having a hard time breathing and got Toms inhaler which races the heart. Very tired and weak. I do a couple things in the torture chamber then have to rest .

Good time to cut back smoking.

I never liked cooked spinach but from what I am learning greens areone of the most nutritious veggies you can eat. You need to cook them for hours though. I am learning to like them.

If i am eating spinach, it is raw in a salad.

yes. It will need a guide (like a goat or another calf) and one on one so it’s not wild. But it can be done. Also it’ll probably be a bit more jumpy to touch but if you talk before and during touching it shouldn’t be a problem.

Getting used to greens, Collards are the most mild of them and not my fav. I like mustard and yes it has a pepper flavor compared to collards. Turnip is the strongest of those 3.. I like spinach in pie and souffles Turnip roots however boiled drained then butter and salt are totally different flavor the the tops. Collards taste way better after they have been frosted on. Rape is good in a wilted salad.

Well. Hubs at the dentist. Went to my work to pick up my paycheck, the bank to deposit said paycheck and target for a mildly fruitless quest. They didn’t have the baking sheets I wanted. Sigh. Amazon or Kmart will be my next try. But I did get some cleaning supplies so...yay?

He’s gotta deal with wisdom teeth, a root canal, and a bunch of cavities. Considering he hasn’t been to a dentist in....many many years....
