fixed a couple toilet seats today. I am getting more serious about posting signs in front of the toilets

Caleb what part of Alberta are you in? Spent a good chunk of my life in that province and darn do I miss it. (Was in cold lake as a kid - yep base brat, and adulted a while around Calgary/halfway between Calgary and drumheller)

Granny...huge hugs. I wish I were closer, I’d make hubs look at your car. The wind taking breath away - yeah that can be a thing. I’ve had that happen to me if the wind is strong enough. Never had it happen from open car window though to my recollection. Maybe just cause it doesn’t hit me the right way but....

What breed(s) do you have for laying?

I have 20 Barred Plymouth Rocks, 7 Buff Orpingtons and 8 Columbian Rocks. I get brown, white and pinkish eggs. I'm getting 15 Cuckoo Marans for some dark brown eggs to change up my egg cartons a bit.

I live around an hour south of Edmonton, but I've been through your area before. There's quite a few people on BYC that are from AB!
