I don't have the energy i used to. In TN i would be outside all day unless raining or snowing.

SO just checked the IYAK page on FB over 80 views/reads of my post and NOT one person has an answer for me. I will keep you all posted on the "high" med techs and IYAK's response.

Yes, i had also lost 20 pounds from putting up fences in July and August.

I know from personal experience that it doesn't take a whole lot of "extra" weight to make a difference for me and my knee's.

Yes, i am glad i got started on cleaning that first coop. I want to wash and paint the walls, replace the perches etc. I just made myself do it despite feeling lousy.
Going to need to go to bed soon. Must get up early in AM.
