Sorry you're feeling so poorly, Cap. I know what you mean about no energy. Putting a couple of nails in a shed roof today to keep it from blowing away. It liked to have whooped me. Hope you can find something to cure your ails. It can get to be a misery.Skip this post if you don't want to read my whining....My Doctor doesn't want to see me for 6 months. There has to be something wrong, my stomach hurts every time i eat a meal. He gave me protonix. But why is it hurting? I don't want to wait until it eats holes in my stomach. I AM depressed. I hate my body. I have no stamina, and the sleep i get is not restful. I can't get rid of these draining sinuses. Just a mess. I have appts with specialists, but everything takes SO long.
They die back for the winter. I will probably trim them back this fall unless I get antsy and do it sooner. The branches are so brittle I break some off while mowing pretty regularly. Doesn't seem to bother them.Pert, does your salvia stay green there yr round ? Mine dies back in the winter so they dont get leggy. If your are you can cut them low in "winter".
Do they get full sun there or maybe too much shade. too thick or the dirt is too rich. They die back for the winter. I will probably trim them back this fall unless I get antsy and do it sooner. The branches are so brittle I break some off while mowing pretty regularly. Doesn't seem to bother them.
Don't I know it. I was trying to put a deck belt on my mower the other day and finally gave up and call the son in law. My hands just couldn't break the bolts loose to do the job. I was very close to being humbled.Pert, no one told me getting old would be such a struggle. One day I am doing something with no thoughts about what or how and then I blink and I am surprised I cant do it anymore.
They get full hot Texas sun. Have to keep them deeply watered or they start losing blooms.Do they get full sun there or maybe too much shade. too thick or the dirt is too rich.
they do better then any flower I have here which tells me they like poor slow draining acidic soil. They get full hot Texas sun. Have to keep them deeply watered or they start losing blooms.
