you get 2 pods for 10 bucks so 5 bucks a pod compared to 9 to 18 bucks for the "real" ciggy cost.

That pretty good, then. And you aren't calculating in the added health benefits of less tar and other chemicals messing with your lungs and blood chemistry.

I tried it for quite a while. Motivation being I would of liked to quit. Right now is not the best timing. I still want to stop, I dont have will power. I have cut back some. Not exactly what I was aiming for but close.

Dealing with one of the more addictive substances. Not an easy thing to do.

thats what they gave him? Geesh. You would think they would have something different after all these yrs. Elephant tranks. Poor guy.
I imagine it will be hard to get used to all this new stuff. When I first started on regular meds every day I bought a watch that had an alarm to remind me to take it twice a day. Worked good for me.
I guess I should go. I need to eat. Its been 12 hrs and no sugar drop. Weird.

Those pills are tiny and Scooter needs 1 1/2. I have a pill cutter, but they don't split anywhere close to half. I am giving him the large dose at night so he will sleep. Vet tech was going to give me a pill splitter. Maybe hers is better than mine. I'll ask on Tues when he gets his check up xray.

He is sitting there giving me The Stare again. Trying to mind meld me into giving him my cookie. No waY
