Granny's gone and done it again

Well I need to get some sleep. The poult was shrink wrapped, so I had to help it out. I hate sticky chicks with all that gooey gunk. It was yelling to get out of the egg, now it is yelling because I gave it a bath I guess.
Good night my friends, and good luck to Twist on the rest of the litter!

well looks like we are done. It was like the parting of the red sea the amount of "liquid" afterbirth. I can't feel any more pups/lumps in her. She got 2 slices of bread and some peanut butter and a couple tums.

She has rejected the runt :he so Vickie is taking her home and going to try to save it. :fl :fl:fl

By rejected I mean CHOMPING the pups head. IT wasn't just mom trying to "snag" the pup and bring it back to the rest.

She is curled up around the other 4 and all is quite except for the smacking of some little lips.

All that worry for naught. He didnt want it. Said it was a 3.1 he wants a 3.6 and its 6 cylinder and he wants 4. I aint no mech. but I bet 3.6 and 4 cyl. dont go together. He did say I wont have a problem selling it .
Ask more for it then!! Cash only.

sigh closing in on two hours and nothing. :he

BUT here is the SCREAMER

Cute markings. Glad she got through it all. Hope the runty does well. She looked way bigger than 4 pups and a runt!

Here are some before and after pics of the tree and brush trimming

Now there's room for a flowering shrub or two.

Two guys got all this done in 7 hrs. Amazing. Wood and brush hauled away except for some oak... they even cut that into logs for me. :)

Now for my ivy eradication program. Still need to clear out oak saplings and make sure things don't get out of hand again.

a VERY little female almost all black. I had to pic lu up and then set her back down and presto change out comes the pup .
Poor baby. Hope it makes it. Didn't you have a really small one last litter too?

Vickie is running to Walmart for milk replacer for the runt. Also have it wrapped up and trying to get it warmed up again.
Hair dryers work in a pinch too.

Looks great!
We have poison vines everywhere in the flower beds. Another weekend project.
