Its freezing out! I lost broody chicks because it's so cold! Who would have thought in June we'd have such cold temps!

Yeah, it has been weird here too. Had 80°+ for 2 days then the cold came back. Lows in the low 50°s the next couple of nights, highs in the low 60°s.

Being a redhead is fun!

I had red hair a couple years ago and loved it. It works well with my skin color and freckles.


Its 59 right now. The ones that died had pasty butt. I cleaned 3 others bums so hope they are ok. I cant get heat out there. Too far from the house.

I use handwarmers for portable heat. Dad used to use kerosene lamps. Or maybe an extra broody?

I remember that stage. Used to make me mad. That lasted a good while too. Like 10 yrs. Now I have noticed lately when I am out the drs. are blaming my ailments on my age and I am getting the senior cit. discount without them even asking me.
