I cant find the exact color. It was blueish green iridescent was a swallowtail for sure.
 
I have half a bag of chinese veggies but Robert.... yes, when I make gravy (breakfast) I use bacon grease,flour browned w/ salt pepper then add milk . Thats the only kind I know how to make.
You can do the same for your chicken dish... add in the soup and milk to get the thickness you like and add grated cheese so it melts in.
Precooking the chicken will make it taste better... brown it in a frying pan first for flavor, set it aside while you make the gravy and add it in near the end.

I'm hungry now. Got to give Scooter his pill and both of us some breakfast. Back in 10 mins
 
oops, forgot to cook the chicken. Oh well. LOL I used both soups and mild chedder. onion powder pepper tumeric, parsley, I think thats all. didnt need salt between the soup and cheese. some milk and ritz cracker crumbs
