Hi Twist. Hope your day was a good one.

well it was LONG at least up before 7 am. Two trips to Menard's I managed to just get a door slab/blank without the frame or the rest of the stuff I don't need. Saved about 100 bucks that way. Got the toilet disconnected and sitting outside the apartment. Moved the stove and got all the rest of the vinyl pulled up and then 3 sets of cupboard door hinges replaced, new light up and Kilzed the kitchen and living room areas. Also caulked the spaces between the molding and walls/ceiling in living room and 1 wall in bedroom then ran out of caulk.

yes but I don't think you are planning on breeding them, At least not from what you have said/I remember anyway.

Did you take before pictures. I would take that woman right to court or have her arrested for stealing. Theres no sense in all that. Her deposit dont even touch all the damage and labor.

it rained off and on most of the day and never got out of the 60's which was GREAT for me NOT so much for putting the pups outside.

to the best of my knowledge she has left town and honestly NOT worth my added expense of about a grand to take her to court as I probably wouldn't get it out of her even if I won the case. Been down that road 3 times and have yet to get a dime from any of them. Even turned them over to the collection agency. STILL nothing.
