I got the solid side put on the small flight cage I am working on. And I made the door frames and painted them. So I have more wire to tack on, dry the plywood for the roof, paint that. Looking forward to finishing it.

Whats wrong w/ oil lamp?

Nothing wrong with oil lamps, I have 4. Something wrong with the "lamp oil" you find in stores. Stinks to high heaven and they try to cover that up with yet another "fragrance" which only makes it worse ... at least the stuff I've seen/gagged on. Liquid paraffin has no odor, burns well, house doesn't stink for weeks after.

Will paraffin go in an oil lamp? I guess I dont know what that is

You bet, I have a 2 gallon jug of it. It is clear, same consistency as lamp oil so it pours the same.

Well, I dont remember mine having an odor except for when its blown out. I have kerosene

evening all, going to have to go to the farm again tomorrow and finish cutting the hay. Some areas are very TRUFF going twisted and still wet at the ground level. We got another storm last night complete with sirens going off all over.

Well they (dumb and dumber) have managed to break one of the lawn mowers already. BUT they couldn't be bother to see if it is fixable instead both ask munches decided to take 3-4-5 hour naps.
