It is so very quiet. I wonder, will this thread survive another 5 yrs? Makes me very sad. We have had a ton of good peeps come and go . Some that has been here since the beginning and very few new. The funny part is I dont know a thing about running a thread. Is there such a thing ? I remember Sallys thread (I think still going) and how she put all these interesting links off to the side that peeps could find hatching info at and I thought how cool is that ? I dont think I could go a day w/o talking to all of you OR myself sometimes. LOL I just want to say thank you to all of you that do keep up here and keep my fingers crossed we get busy. :fl :hugs

Since I am talking to myself today, i will mention that i am having spaghetti and meatballs, with garlic toast as soon as i get the spaghetti cooked. My fresh homemade meatballs, love those things.
How does you make your meatballs?

What the heck, is it from the pentagon.

How does you make your meatballs?
I start will an egg or 3 depending on how much meat I am using. Add ripped up bread, pour in a bit of milk. Stir and let the bread get well soaked. Add ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, salt, pepper, Italian spices, chopped onion. For meats I use ground beef, chicken, turkey and or sausage. I generally use 3 pounds of meat. Stir it all together, make meatballs. Cook at 400° for 45 minutes. I generally cover it with aluminum foil for all but the last 15 minutes.
