I picked up hubby's birthday cake today, and some groceries. Got ingredients to make meatloaf for tomorrow night. I tried to find some boxes to take to the swap, but most of them were small.

Jane, Just came to make this post.
BEST DINNER EVER ! I finally did it, I broke down and bought 3 fat ribeyes for dinner. The very bestest part was mine came out exactly the way I wanted it. Blood /juice dripping down my chin Tom decided he couldnt eat all of his. hahaha
Robert woke up and his was cold and I told him for best flavor dont put it in the microwave. So he only ate half of his same here. They were huge.
I just now helped Robert make a steak and cheese burrito and I finished off the rest of mine like that. Only side was frozen hashbrowns I think thats what their called. The tiny cubed potatoes w/ onion and peppers in them fried up in some of Twists bacon grease.

They were over an inch thick and the size of a small lunch plate. $8.?? a lb and the 3 of them were like $20.00 It has been SOooo long and frankly was better then what I remember umm married life to be like.

He is 63. Best husband ever.
Glad your steaks turned out. I had a blast eating seafood while hubby was gone. I had shrimp cocktail and clam chowder tonight.

Well honestly the 3 year old golden isn't bad and her mother (heifer trim this year) is fine after the calf is over a 2 months or so. SUPER/UBER protective and the "personal space" is huge.
