it was 85* by 10 am today.

I finally got that east blvd cut with a 2 wheel power weed eater thingy.

Ran a few errands, took Lena to the vets She is up to 13 pounds.

Found a can of "GOOD" paint I had stashed away so had "my people" shake it for me and I paid for the carpet and vinyl and what not for room 30 Their bill was under 224. about half of the cost of the install.

Got that one wall painted and then did a "test" on another wall to see if the new paint would show up on the old painted walls. NOPE so did a bunch of touching up.

Drain man showed up today. They found chicken bones, change, eggs shells and other treasures in the bathroom sink of room 16 ( where idiot boy stayed)

Have a load of laundry going currently and I think the one AC that was working in the house has died, It blows BUT I never hear the compressor kicking in.

I manage to totally do that apartment with the animal hoarder including furnishings, new stove, fridge, microwave, AC , steel entry door, kitchen facwet, bathroom sink, paint , floor coverings and such for under 3,000. Pretty chuffed about that and I have room in the storage garage now.

today is NOT Wednesday.

I thought it was Wednesday for most of the day. had myself in a needless frenzy.

Had dinner in Bangor on the way to pick up DD1 in April. Waitress held a Master's degree, in Chemistry IIRC. She found, that for her, the waitress job was a lot more flexible (has a couple of young kids) and very good money. It was a decent Mexican place, dinners in the $10+ range. Good tips.

She must have been waiting for you to notice her need a LONG time!

The lights for fish tanks have really changed a lot since I kept fish. Gone are the long screw in bulbs. They have everything ! The color changing , under water w/ bubble can be hooked up to play different sounds like thunderstorm ect.. There not as expensive as you would thing either.

I wonder what the fish think (do they think?). They live with way more light in an aquarium than in nature. Not sure how constantly changing colors would affect them.

Tomorrow hubby is having a guy come give us a quote on propane so we can get a real stove.

I hope it is a LOT less than here, I have to pay over $4/gallon. And make sure the quote isn't the "new customer" price that goes up after a while. They often charge more per gallon if you don't use a lot and have a minimum delivery quantity. If you use enough you can "pre-buy" to lock in a cheaper rate. We don't use enough to do that.
