Granny's gone and done it again

No, I managed to save most of them, but some died.
Thats good. Its heart breaking to do all that and watch them die. First couple yrs I moved here I spent hours and hours everyday either hand watering or moving the sprinkler. I dont need to water now.

Yeah, and we are on a well so I have to move the sprinkler every 10 minutes. It's a pain. Sometimes I use a watering can so I can add miracle grow.

LOL Do you know how many you have ?
No freaking idea. I finally quit putting the Celadon eggs in the bator. My feed bills are high enough. Not much interest locally, hoping for lots of interest at the big swap in Sept.

guess I will mosey around. Sweet dreams Cap.
Gnight all
I checked and had 3 new Celadon coturnix, one was smushed by the turner. I only put the turner on during the day. Anyway, I am going to rig it up so hopefully no more crush injuries.
Yes, I need to go to sleep. Sweet dreams Granny and the rest of Grannyland.

I can remember as a kid a bunch of kids would get on and someone would stay on the ground start spinning it faster and faster till you could barely hang on and sometimes someone would push you off. A wonder we survived those times.
those were the good old days!

I have a murderer in the silkie coop. I've had 5 newly hatched chicks killed in the last 2 days. Still wet. and tonight at lock up there was a broken egg outside with a wing hanging out. It's in the incubator but it doesn't look good.
