I think I dont use the right noodles maybe. Camping, what do you use ? I use the med. egg noodles. they just get too mushy

home made , I never had that before. I make good soup but I always use too many noodles. Next day its not soup anymore !

This is just like my chili recipe. Next day it's a tomato casserole.

That sounds delicious.

Its good. easy too. I dont cook. Once in a while like hamburgers and such. I am going to make a meatloaf though. I offered Tom meatloaf today . It was one of his delivered dinners and when Robert got up he said wheres the meatloaf? He looked so sad.

I do sometimes, and other times I make them to be added separately. Sometimes I prefer to use Fritos as scoops. Since I'm a type one diabetic I gotta pick and choose where I spend my carbs on, so I skip the noodles.

I use egg noodles too. The wavy ones.

thats right ! I had forgot. I will have to look and see if I have the stuff it takes.

I have never used a recipe for meatloaf, BUT then it is also never the same twice.

We eat our chili over rice. Soups and gumbo also go over rice. I never thought anything about it til the first time DH questioned it. Rice is cheap, filling, and abundant. So makes sense.
