Oh my. I always forget most people have no clue about cheese curds. They are hard to explain it you haven't seen them. They are often sold freshly made, warm and squeaky when you eat them.

There’s a creamery in Iowa we visit when we go to see DH’s fam. We get a few blocks and a bag of curds for the trip home.
