Going to be going on a trip with the friends fam.

Two girls - 4 and 7. I plan on hitting up the library to have some books to read for em - but what’s your favorite tales? I’m mad at myself - I thought of one and forgot it again...

one of my Tolbunt hens disappeared yesterday. I went to put them away for the night and she was missing. No feather piles, so maybe she is still around somewhere.

Thanks, I walked down the trail along the edge of the goat pasture but didn't see anything. I did fill in some gaps under the fence with rocks though.
I got a second pallet in place, and moved the rabbit cage. Shoveled up 2 loads of bunny poo and put them around the holly bushes by the barn. Back in for a cooling break.

Wishing, they were tore into shreds. It was a blood bath. Wings hanging off the roosts, heads in one spot, a couple of whole bodies but I didnt check them out. Found a foot outside the coop along w/ some other parts from different chickens.

Weasels and minks don't kill like that that I've ever heard. Maybe the raccoons found them dead and tore them up, but I think raccoons are capable of doing the killing you found... especially if a family group got in. You saw them out there...

Finally home. Second doc was fine. I was carrying my hen bag and the doc was tickled. I got a flu shot. I know they say it doesn’t make you sick, but I definitely don’t feel tip top.

Most people feel crappy after a flu shot. Your immune system is working hard to respond to the shot. If it didn't, the shot wouldn't be worth getting.

At least 30 so far. still coming . I seen 3 at once. Not why I posted but I have forgotten sooo....

I just find it hard to believe she would allow fly's to bite that many times.

I still think it's a reaction to a plant. Any sumac or poison ivy out there?

I would have to load her up and haul her into the vet AND Angie works at Walmart the rest of the week and Gene just got out of the hospital yet again.

Can the guys at least check her to see if it's getting better or worse? Don't treat with antibiotics without cause. That's why there is so much resistance.

An allergic reaction is a possibility . If the pour on matches up with the time. There is a reason they say dont put it on their face and that woman is a nut job.

That's a thought. Maybe she rubbed her nose on someone's back when they were laying down.

He stinks to high heaven, so will be spending a few nights at Hotel Garage. Poor guy, but why don't they learn? You'd think it would only take one time. This is his third.

He stinks to high heaven, so will be spending a few nights at Hotel Garage. Poor guy, but why don't they learn? You'd think it would only take one time. This is his third.

That's a happy thought. He's pretty stubborn.

It's an active time for skunks right now. Not sure if they're breeding or looking for water... lot of dead ones on the road all of a sudden.

Many's the time you'll see dead skunks on the road in pairs.

Isnt tomato juice supposed to take the skunk out ? If so I better go grab me some.
A woman is advertising a fish tank complete really cheep and on FB she has no friends or info on her. I somehow get a feeling it isnt safe. thoughts ?
