I missed Wishing today. Was hoping she would come back.

she certainly seems to have gone into "hermit mode"

still trying to figure out where all the yaks are going when we pull the calves off the moms. I don't want them in with Barry and Kleansor (their askhats) and I don't need them teaching bad manners.
I am not putting Martinika, Lizzie or Cassie in with the main herd until jan of 2021.

Going to hold Curly and Solstaice back an extra year as they are small and hoping Sue with help "teach" the 2 heifer calves to be "NICE and friendly"

yes, I think so. She has pain in her back a lot. Too stubborn to try any western meds for it.

Judging by what I saw on Martinika's backside when her tail was up, I suspect she was cycling/in season or getting ready last week. AND she was "pissey" Barry and Kleansor were certainly "interested" BUT the fence seems to be "holding"

the main problem is more easily accesable water and power for stock tank heaters in the winter and OMG but they suck power.
