Well. I tried to do an easy circuit at the gym tonight on the weight machines I never use. Realized I probably should have my Mistress of Torture go over them with me so I know how to adjust em and stuff. Whee!! That might happen on Saturday. Tomorrow night she’s got a diabolical workout plotted - which she was going to break me with on Monday but I claimed pms so skipped the training session.

Seriously love the tribe at the gym. I know they get paid to be friendly and nice and all that but I do get the good people vibe off all of em. (No I don’t normally interact with other gym goers though)

AND. Got ALMOST everything switched over from my credit card getting hacked/duplicated/whatever the heck happened. Yay. Just have to call the third party that handles the gym membership (it’s subsidized through my health insurance remember) and they’re only open 8-8 eastern time. Soooo by the time I’m off work, they’re closed down. And calling before work....yeah not reading off a credit card number while driving thanks. Or while putting out trash. Or feeding chickens.

I find after 2 years their productivity declines and I don't want to end up with a whole bunch of old chickens.

Some of mine are 3+ years old, and I'm still getting 7 eggs a day. Popcorn is molting, & no egg from the polish. I'm gonna turn the light on in the coop next week. That usually keeps them laying past Christmas. Towels & dishes washing, carried in 4 delivery boxes for dh. He said they wouldn't be heavy, but I had to make 4 trips to get them in & hidden in my closet so gson won't open them. He is so nosey. I was huffing & puffing by the time I finished. Nap time now.
