I just had raw cauliflower and cukes.

sounds yummy. I love cukes. the smell even is delicious. What I read said to stay away from fiber right now. It was a hard read though.

I have already been diagnosed w/ the diver, precancerous polyps removed a few times.

Thank you! They get a good bit of grain and hay. They've been going through minerals pretty hard lately and chewing the chains on the gates. So I got them a mineral block. Its stopped so far.

I have heard its kinda common . I get diverticulousis (sp) and thats when Im in trouble.
