Hey,Theres a recipe for eggs like I made. They were really good except I used the middle for a dip.
 
I eat 2 eggs just about every day. Pickled, fried, scrambled, whatever. Love eggs & I don't have high cholesterol either.
I think a lot of that is heredity. I had the level of an 80 yr old when I was 20something
 
I seen someone frying eggs I wish I had copied it. They used purple cabbage juice in some and I think beet pulp in the other. They took the yolk out and colored the whites then added the yolk back. Weird looking but I bet kids would like it.
I dont have enough interest to take more time then needed to fry an egg
