Been getting 5-6 eggs/day. No eggs today. What's up with that? Dd & kids made it home from the beach. Dh headed back to Cleveland. He & I had a nice quiet afternoon after church. I roasted veggies & made meatloaf for lunch/supper

evening all. Well Brother is on his way to Rio this evening.

Standard get up time for Lena 5:30 aka the new 4:30 BUT she pottied and then came back down stairs got lifted onto the bed and went back to sleep for about an hour more.

DONE with canning tomato sauce did another 12 pints today. I have about 2 1/2 pop flats left in various stages of ripening. Will eat some and toss the other in the freezer when they are ripe and the "rejects" will go out to the hens.
