3 plecos Then I bought 3 blue platys but got 7 from little babies.

I noticed a blue platy at one of the pet stores and it was a high fin. It is going to be hard to wait until Xmas to set up the tank!

You can get some plexi cut for a lid. Make it thicker then 1/8th or it will bow

If you want to go natural the pea gravel at Lowes is 3 bucks and one bag will be more then enough and if you get an algae eater a regular clip on light works and looks decent

you will need filter or air so the water dont stagnant

I uesde black poste board for my backgrounds because it makes the filter and heater disappear and cost a buck but your crafty. I bet you come w/ something nicer
