I think they do have potassium. I just drink sports drinks when I have that problem.

Got the gutters cleaned out today and most of the leaf collection spots cleaned out as well. Went grocery shopping yesterday and REALLY scored.

Stopped at the local butcher shop and ordered 10 pounds of veal as they don't carry that BUT have ground lamb

I bought a new welding helmet yesterday as well and stuff to fix Rod's shower in the trailer house. Menard's was running an 11% rebate on all sales.

Umm, isnt that the same thing ? Is that for your meatballs ? Great savings ! I didnt save anything. Bought 2 boxes of crackers because it had a coupon attached $1.50 off and I forgot to take it off and use it.

Going to do the calves booster either Dec 3 or 10 depend on weather and then the DNA collection of the 2 heifers and the golden bull. Going to wait a bit longer on Granite just to see how he "comes along"

veal is baby/young beef , lamb is young/baby sheep , Yep for the meatballs I have burger and ground pork in the freezer already.
