well another 24 dozen cookie made WHY 2 triple batches because I mathed my self into it. Was adding the spices and needed 3 teaspoons of cinimaon equals a tablespoon, COOL got the tablespoon out and next thing you know I had put in 2 tablespoons. so added the "new" required amount of sugar and Crisco to the mixer beat it up and then got the scale and divided the amount into 1/2 and proceeded onward,.

Have 4 pounds of dry beans soaking for tomorrow.

Still need to package some of the cookies BUT otherwise kitchen cleaned up and all the hand-washing of dishes done. Will pop the cooling racks into dishwasher and wipe the counter down.

The 3 year old cow I want of his

GREAT bloodlines and would be totally unrelated to all of my animals including the other one I want.

looking at about 5 grand asking price for his 2 cows compared to my 4 bull calves. BUT last time it was 4 bulls for 3 cows. OF course one was/is crazy.

definitely a case of "I'm so smart I hurt myself" of course there were distractions going on at the time as well.
