Just got back from grocery shopping. Didn’t get it done Friday since work and weekend is crazy - so gotta get it done early. Get back...”did you get any caffeine for me?” Asks husband.
Told him I figured he’d make himself coffee and that I’d put a pot on. How does he even function...

That is strike TWO for sister. Think next year I will arrange with her mother In law and have the packages delivered to There place and she can bring them over either Christmas eve or day.

Heck with that, send them TO her MIL, gift for HER! Do they never acknowledge the gifts or do they just not contact you so you know they arrived?

Sounds kinda like when I was in So. Cal last month. As I understand it there was ravioli once (DW had to cook that, DD2 says the propane gives her a headache), grilled cheese several times, leftover soup for DW, Hot Pockets for DD2 on those days. Out a time or two.

I GUESS they'd figure out something else if I got hit by a bus ... maybe not.

Tom is lost in the kitchen. The most he ever did was stir stuff for me but that was ok because he was always the one to wash the dishes and make the coffee. I made coffee today and first thing I did was look down my shirt. Tom started giggling and asked me if the coffee was strong. He said said "Are you looking for hair?" LOL
