Granny's gone and done it again

Im making fruit salad and I dont want black bananas in it. I have to go out tomorrow I thought maybe if I buy them green they might be ok by the 24th

they should be and IF they turn the right color/ripeness just put them in the fridge, Ths skins will turn color BUT the banana itself with be fine OR about as ripe as when they went in the fridge.
