FREEZE it in smaller bags, you can used it for sandwiches, or dice and put in soups or beans or even in scrambled eggs. OR scalloped taters and ham

I froze most of them today, Except the jello salad and that's been covered and in the coldest part of the fridge SO it should be fine for awhile yet.

I wish I had some eggs. Im gonna have to break down and pick a farmer to get some from.
