Granny's gone and done it again

Hubby tried out his new toy( post hole digger) . Between rocks and roots and clay, I think you might as well use a shovel. But there is a post there. He didn't want me to put concrete in the hole. But maybe later once we see how it does. Heck, you might as well do it while you have the hole dug. Any way, I can start putting up fence there near the barn to block the view of the coops. First I need to trim the cedar slabs. And the shop needs cleaning.

I did manage to water all the birds in turkey town, and feed the ones that need it. The oldest polish hens are starting to lay again. And spread dried up hay in the runs. The turkey run is really slick.
So nice today, betting it was up over 70°!
I did plant a big mum in the flower garden. One more of them to go.

Cold is blowing back through here. 30s. For sure flu weather.
Since the sun is down, it is cooling off here as well. Got the quail and rabbits, and the rest of the chickens fed. Water all around.
Excited to pick up my glass for the wash stand, to sit my tank on. Really looking forward to getting it set up.

I think I caught whatever y’all are passing around. Cold and achey. DH has the thermostat on 63 but he’s working on a fire.
I have it too! Earlier I was thinking flu cause my legs are hurting so bad. Thank goodness for 3 turtle lamps in my room. It's at least 10 degrees warmer because of them
