evening all,
I didn't mention that the State Boiler Inspector was here yesterday , had to "inspect" all 5 of my boilers (for the hot water heat) they all passed and I am good to go for 3 more years. Now I just have to pay for the inspection and the charges for them to write me certificates on each boiler. 3 Years ago that was $550.00 total.

I just went out and got more rocks and another big chunk of moss for the fish tank. Dumped some of the water out of the betta bowl to add some bacteria to the new tank. One of my snails jumped out of the bowl and into the tank.

The apt/efficiency is heated and actually one of the few apt's with in interior entrance. Carpet will have to be replaced and painted not sure what else.
