Raised scales on the legs and feet.

Oh some of my birds look like that can they have it

Some have red splotches and swollen and some others look similar but not as big

Yuppers, anything that will smother them. You will need to do it often though. No ivermectin?

No. I have permethrin...poultry dust, vet rx (hmm. Slather that on the legs?) and poultry protector.

I would use the dust or permethrin and the bag balm on top

Lovey, Its really hard to tell w/ feathered feet . I dont see any but the bottom of that foot looks suspect for bumble foot. You might want to ask on the emergency threads.
