Problem is nowadays it’s all online applications. All online crap. There’s algorithms that search for key words they’re looking for and if you don’t meet it, hr doesn’t even look. Gone are the days of going in with a resume.

You just have to keep trying. Not every company uses those algorithms. My sis hires mostly people without the degree. And if they do have one, she doesn't hold it against them. She looks for experience and a good personality fit for the office.

I'm cold, sitting still here in a cold house. My friend came from below freezing Colorado yesterday and she had 4 layers on trying to get warm. Said she'd be warmer in 20 degrees with dry air and sun than here with 50 damp degrees and overcast. Chills you to the bone!
